I'm a Licensed Psychologist in Washington and PSYPACT States. Located in North Seattle, I offer both in-person and online appointments.

Relational Distress
If you are struggling in the close relationships in your life, I work with you to identify your needs and practice navigating marriage/dating, family relationships, friendships in a way that aligns with what's important to you.
Identity
Do you not feel like yourself but don't know why? Do you hold minority/marginalized identifies? I provide a safe and supportive space for you to reflect on your past and try on different ways to be - free of external pressure and expectations.
Life Transitions
Change poses a challenge and an opportunity to integrate parts of your identity developed in different relationships and stages of your life. I create space for you to safely explore change and move forward while staying true to your core self and values.
Body Image & Eating Disorders
If you have difficult relationships with food and your body image, I offer evidence-based practices and information to connect the dots with your lived experience. We'll also work on concrete skills together.
Work Burnout
If you find it hard to show up for work or school after consistently not meeting expectations, I use a combination of concrete tools and guided conversations to alleviate burnout.
Family of Origin
If you want a deeper understanding of your experiences in your family, I take a thorough history to help guide a discovery of how these experiences inform who you are today.
Insurance
Rates
I am an out-of-network provider with insurances. Fees are paid in full at the time of service. I can provide you with a detailed receipt (AKA a "superbill") at the end of the month if you wish to submit to your insurance for reimbursement (NPI 1093381626).
Initial phone consultation 15 minutes Free
First meeting/intake assessment 60-75 minutes $295
Follow-up session 50-60 minutes $255
