Initial phone consultation                15 minutes              Free

First meeting/intake assessment       60-75 minutes         $295

Follow-up session                          50-60 minutes         $255

I am an out-of-network provider with insurances. Fees are paid in full at the time of service. I can provide you with a detailed invoice (AKA a "superbill") at the end of the month if you wish to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement (NPI 1093381626). See FAQ for more info.

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any changes to your appointment time. Cancellations and reschedules within the 24-hour window are charged at the full session rate.

Credit card on file is charged for the full fee at the time of service. HSA and similar accounts that are processed as credit cards are also accepted.
