Attachment Therapy
Much of my passion and clinical experiences lie in journeying with clients to examine relationship patterns and attachment styles.

Do you keep finding yourself in the same loop in relationships?
Are relationships a source of hurt, frustration over closeness and satisfaction?
You don't need to always shrink or bend yourself to make relationships "work."

Let's work together to understand your attachment needs, sit with tough feelings, and map out your authentic way toward fulfilling connections.

Clients Come to Me with
-
Disconnects with partners/spouses
-
People-pleasing
-
Difficulties saying "no"
-
Strained family relationships
-
Distrust
-
Conflicts with coworkers
-
Complicated belonging
-
Challenges maintaining long-term relationships/friendships
You can use a safe space to untangle the root cause of your struggles with attachment.

What Therapy With Me Is Like
Our work is collaborative, warm, and deeply reflective. I act as a curious copilot, asking questions you may have never been asked before. Together, we slow down to tend to attachment wounds and dig deep to connect the past with the present to understand your system of attachment.

From there, we work together to plot your way forward toward connection with yourself and others.

Modalities I Use
Interpersonal process therapy (IPT)
Mindful self-compassion (MSC)
CBT structures
Neurodiversity-informed care
Trauma-informed therapy
Queer/trans-affirming therapy

These shifts build on each other, giving you a more grounded sense of who you are.

Hi there. I'm Mandy (she/her/她).

I bring a blend of personal lived experience and in-depth clinical training to this work. My approach is warm, attuned, and collaborative. I want therapy and the therapeutic relationship to feel corrective of past experiences where you did not feel seen.
As a therapist, I am a guide, not a director. I ask thoughtful questions to get you to know the parts of yourself that never had permission or space to speak. We follow your pace and use your own internal wisdom to decide what comes next. Even in the hard moments, we’ll find the humor.
Outside of work, I love listening to music and trying new recipes. My retired, racing greyhound and chihuahua mix are my trusty sidekicks. I also enjoy traveling with friends and family, recently through New England and going up Mt. Washington by cog railway.
Availability: I see patients in-person in North Seattle + offer online therapy in Washington and other PSYPACT states.
