Life Transitions
Change poses a challenge and an opportunity to integrate parts of your identity developed in various stages of life. A change in your roles can be daunting. I create space for you to safely explore change and move forward while saying true to your core self and values.
These “negative” events are the “night-soil” out of which we grow to become fully human.
- James E. Marcia, author of book chapter "Life Transitions and Stress in the Context of Psychosocial Development"
You've made the change or life circumstances brough you to a new place: moving to a new city, becoming a parent, shifting into a new field. It's intriguing, confusing, and maybe saddening. As you wrestle change into "its place" by pushing harder, producing faster, performing better, you are still confronted with the shifts in your life. You might contemplate past events and choices. You might grieve lost free time or familiarity. You might be excited and intimidated by new opportunities or new ways of being.

The person who has cumulated into you has the answers. Let's create a safe space for the person to feel and clarify what you value regardless of change.
