Burn Out

Not much has changed. Yet, you find it's getting harder and harder to show up for life regardless of how hard you work at it.

You do all the wellness tricks in the book: exercise, eat healthy, rest, socialize. You are doing all of the "right things" and still feel exhausted and detached. What used to spark motivation and creativity is now another "should" that stares you down when you have nothing more to give.

Achievers are great at getting things done - even when their tasks don't pour back into themselves. I want to explore with you, through active, compassionate, and inquisitive conversations, to find out where the tracks of life started to misalign with what you value. Let's then find out how you can get back on track without taking even more of a pause on life.
